Lee County's commercial traffic roughly doubles between summer and the winter season, and a fixed year-round cleaning frequency is either wasteful for half the year or inadequate for the other half. Contracts here are written with two frequency tiers — an in-season schedule from roughly November through April and a summer schedule — so the spend tracks the actual load.

Restaurants and retail feel this hardest. A restaurant that runs five nights of service in August and seven in February needs a cleaning contract that moves with it, and the frequency change should require a phone call, not a renegotiation.

Lee County took severe storm damage in recent years, and a great deal of commercial space here is either newly rebuilt or recently renovated. New finishes deserve protection: correct products on new floors, entry matting that actually catches sand and grit, and a floor maintenance cycle that starts before wear begins rather than after.

With rebuilding still active across the county, post-construction cleaning is a large part of what we do here: rough, final, and touch-up phases with proper dust control, then a recurring contract once the space is occupied. Handing a rebuilt space to a tenant with construction dust still in the vents is a complaint waiting to happen, and it is entirely avoidable.
