Priority industry · Data centers
Uptime cannot wait for a vendor search
Data centers need more than a generic cleanup crew. Retained facilities have an approved response path on file before an outbreak, contamination event or urgent cleaning need reaches the white space.
Explore data center cleaningSite-specific SOPs
Access lists, escorts, approved zones, escalation contacts and work windows are documented before dispatch.
Controlled, confidential work
Vetted crews follow facility confidentiality, badging, device and photography rules.
Sensitive-space protocols
Methods are selected around active equipment, airflow, raised floors, overhead pathways and static-sensitive areas.
After-hours execution
High dusting, janitorial, contamination response and disinfection can be phased around operations and maintenance windows.
The real risk
It's not the germ that closes you. It's the response time.
Health departments, corporate clients and insurers judge you by how fast and how thoroughly you respond. Every hour without a qualified crew is lost revenue, lost trust, and more exposure.
Forced closures
A reported outbreak can trigger inspections and closure orders until the site is properly disinfected.
Lost revenue
Every day dark costs payroll, sales and contracts. Downtime usually costs far more than the cleanup.
Liability
Staff and customer illness claims hinge on whether you acted quickly and can prove it.
Reputation
One viral review about a sick customer can outlast the outbreak by years.
Pathogen and contamination response
The organism changes the response. We match products, PPE, dwell time, containment, disposal and re-entry to the confirmed or suspected hazard, surface compatibility, the product label and current agency guidance.
Foodborne illness & recalls
- Listeria monocytogenes, pathogenic E. coli and Salmonella
- Norovirus, hepatitis A, Campylobacter and Shigella
- Cronobacter, Clostridium perfringens, botulism and Cyclospora
- Recall-related cross-contamination in production, storage and food-contact zones
Respiratory & person-to-person

- Mpox and other confirmed communicable-disease exposures
- Multi-employee illness events in offices, schools, hotels and high-occupancy facilities
- Targeted touchpoint, shared-equipment and occupied-space response
Emerging & specialized hazards
- Hantaviruses and other risks associated with rodent urine, droppings or nesting material
- Candida auris response in healthcare and other affected care environments
- H5N1-related animal, agricultural or food-production environments when public-health guidance calls for controls
- Suspected high-consequence pathogen exposure coordinated with public-health direction
Environmental & biological incidents
- Blood, bodily fluids, sewage and other potentially infectious material
- Mould and moisture contamination after storms, leaks or water intrusion
- Rodent, pest and animal contamination in food, storage and production areas
- Site-specific containment, waste handling and documented closeout
Risk intelligence · Updated October 7, 2026
Current federal reporting includes active foodborne investigations involving E. coli and Salmonella, while CDC continues to identify Candida auris as an emerging, often drug-resistant healthcare threat. CDC also reports the overall US public risk from the 2026 Andes hantavirus event remains extremely low. We monitor verified agency guidance so a response plan follows the evidence—not headlines.

High-consequence facilities
Response plans built around how your facility actually operates
A food plant, manufacturing line, data hall and corporate tower cannot share one generic SOP. We map the people, zones, equipment, access rules and shutdown risks before an incident.
Food processing & cold storage
Production rooms, RTE zones, drains, coolers, packaging, warehouses and traffic paths—coordinated with your food-safety team after recalls or suspected Listeria, E. coli, Salmonella and other contamination.
Industrial & manufacturing
Shift-timed response for lines, welfare areas, controls, material flow and large footprints, with affected zones isolated where the site permits.
Corporate headquarters
Executive floors, shared workspaces, conference centers, kitchens, restrooms and building systems handled around staff communications and phased occupancy.
Warehousing & logistics
Docks, racking aisles, powered-equipment touchpoints, breakrooms, cold-chain areas and multi-shift operations kept moving where safe.
Healthcare & senior care
Hazard-specific environmental response aligned with facility infection-control direction, including specialized organisms such as Candida auris where applicable.
Hospitality, education & public spaces
Guest, student and customer-facing properties get after-hours response, clear zoning and closeout records to support a controlled return.
Stay open
How we keep your operations running
Zone-by-zone disinfection
We seal off and treat affected areas while the rest of your building keeps working.
After-hours crews
Overnight and weekend response so you can open on schedule.
Phased re-entry
Treated zones are handed back as they're done, not all at the end.
Proof on paper
Closeout report with products, dwell times and photos for inspectors, insurers and staff.

FAQ
Retainer questions
- What counts as an emergency?
- Any event that threatens operations or exposes staff and customers: a foodborne outbreak or recall, norovirus or GI illness, flu/RSV/COVID cluster, confirmed communicable-disease case, blood or bodily fluids, sewage, mould after water damage, or rodent contamination.
- What does the 24-hour guarantee mean?
- Retained clients get a trained disinfection crew on site within 24 hours of a request, anywhere in Florida or the continental US. Dispatch calls you back right away to confirm scope and access.
- Is the disinfection work included in the monthly fee?
- No — and that's by design. The retainer guarantees the things money can't buy after an outbreak starts: a crew contracted to you, arrival within 24 hours anywhere in the US, first-in-line dispatch, a response plan on file, and 15–25% off every response. The actual response is scoped, quoted and billed separately, so you only pay when we mobilize.
- What does an emergency response cost?
- Every incident is different, so each response is scoped before dispatch and priced on crew size, travel and equipment. Dispatch confirms the quote with you before any crew rolls. Retained clients get 15–25% off and skip mobilization fees that standard emergency callers pay.
- Can we cancel?
- Monthly plans can be cancelled with 30 days' notice. Yearly plans are paid up front and include two months free.
- What if we're not on retainer?
- We still respond. Use the emergency request form on this page or call us. Retained clients are dispatched first and billed at discounted rates.
- Do you cover multiple locations in different states?
- Yes. The Multi-Site plan covers up to 5 facilities and the Enterprise / National plan covers unlimited locations nationwide with custom SOPs for each.
- Can you respond to Listeria, E. coli or Salmonella at a food facility?
- Yes. We scope the affected production, storage, food-contact and traffic zones, then build the response around the identified organism, the facility's food-safety plan and current regulator guidance. Product disposition, testing and regulatory release remain with the facility and the appropriate authorities.
- How is a data center response different?
- The plan is written around uptime, access control and sensitive equipment. Crews work only in approved zones, follow site-specific entry and escort rules, protect active equipment, and schedule high dusting, subfloor, overhead and disinfection work around operational windows.
- Do you use the same disinfectant for every pathogen?
- No. Product selection, PPE, application method, contact time, containment, waste handling and re-entry depend on the confirmed or suspected hazard, surface compatibility and current EPA label and public-health guidance.
Authoritative response references
Incident plans are informed by current CDC, FDA, USDA, EPA, OSHA and state or local health-department guidance. Facility leadership and public-health authorities retain responsibility for testing, medical decisions, product disposition, closure orders and regulatory release.
