Weekly Commercial Cleaning in Florida

Weekly commercial cleaning is a single thorough service visit per week, best suited to offices under roughly twenty-five daily occupants, professional suites, and low-traffic workplaces. A weekly visit resets the whole space rather than maintaining it daily, so it takes longer per visit than a nightly one and is priced accordingly.

Where weekly works and where it does not

Weekly is the right call for a law office, an accounting suite, an insurance agency, a small design studio, or any workplace where staff eat at their desks or off site and restroom traffic is modest. In those buildings a proper weekly visit holds the space in good condition all week.

Weekly is the wrong call if you have a public-facing waiting room, a shared kitchen used daily by a dozen or more people, a gym floor, or any food handling. Those spaces fail on day three or four, and the fix is not a bigger weekly visit — it is more visits.

What a weekly visit includes

A weekly visit is a full reset: restrooms detailed and restocked, all trash pulled, kitchen and break room cleaned including appliance exteriors and sink, all touchpoints disinfected, every hard floor mopped, all carpet vacuumed wall to wall rather than in traffic lanes only, interior glass spot-cleaned, and dusting of desks, sills, and open surfaces.

Because there is only one visit, nothing is deferred to 'the next night'. The scope should be written so that everything in the building is touched every week, with monthly detail work called out separately.

Bridging the gap between visits

Two things make weekly work in practice. First, consumables are stocked deep enough to last the full week — running out of paper on a Thursday is the most common weekly-service complaint and it is a stocking problem, not a cleaning problem. Second, a simple staff-side routine: trash from any food waste goes to a central bin rather than sitting at desks.

If a building on weekly starts needing mid-week attention, that is a signal to step to bi-weekly visits per week or add a short mid-week touch, not to squeeze the weekly visit harder.

What drives the price

We quote after a walkthrough. These are the factors that move the number — we do not publish invented per-square-foot rates.

  • Cleanable square footage
  • Restroom fixture count
  • Whether the building has a shared or private kitchen
  • Carpet-to-hard-floor ratio
  • Consumables supplied by us or by you

Questions

Weekly Cleaning FAQs

How long does a weekly visit take?
For a typical 3,000 to 5,000 square foot office suite, two to three crew hours. A weekly visit is longer than a nightly visit in the same building because it is a full reset rather than maintenance.
Can we schedule the visit on a specific day?
Yes, and it matters. Friday evening leaves the space clean for Monday; Monday evening clears the weekend. We schedule around whichever day your building fills up.
What if we run out of paper mid-week?
That means the stocking level is wrong. We increase par levels or add a mid-week restock stop, which costs far less than another full visit.
Is weekly enough for a medical office?
No. Exam rooms and clinical touchpoints need service every day the practice is open. Weekly is acceptable only for the administrative areas of a practice that also has daily clinical service.
Do you offer twice-weekly?
Yes. Two visits a week is the most common step-up and is often the right answer for a 25 to 50 person office.
