Data Center & Server Room Cleaning in Tampa and Florida

Data center cleaning is the controlled removal of dust, fibres and debris from the white space — under the raised floor, on tile surfaces, rack and cabinet exteriors, cable trays, overhead structure and air paths — by a crew that follows your access rules and never touches live equipment. We send background-checked, NDA-bound workers trained to work around static-sensitive equipment, and we work to a written SOP with a closeout report for your records.

Data Center & Server Room Cleaning in Tampa and Florida

Dust, static and the wrong crew are risks to your uptime. Who's cleaning your data hall right now?

Most janitorial companies have never set foot in a server room. Ours have. Every worker we send is background-checked, signs an NDA, follows your badge and escort rules, and works to a written SOP — so you get a clean white space without the risk.

The real risk is to your business

What an unprepared incident costs you

Dust on equipment

Particulate pulled through servers settles on components and filters, adding heat load and wear. Under-floor plenums collect it fastest.

Failed customer audits

Colocation tenants and enterprise auditors expect documented cleaning. No records means awkward findings.

An unvetted crew in the room

Every unknown person in your white space is a security and confidentiality exposure. Generic cleaning vendors rotate staff constantly.

Construction debris

Build-outs and rack moves leave fine dust and debris that a standard janitorial crew isn't equipped to remove safely.

Why waiting is the expensive option

  • Dust compounds: a neglected under-floor takes far longer, and costs more, to clean than one on a schedule.
  • Audit dates don't move. A cleaning record you already have beats a rush job the week before.
  • A vetted crew that already knows your site and access rules can be scheduled around maintenance windows without re-briefing.

Free data center site walkthrough and written cleaning SOP

We walk your white space and support areas with your facilities team, then hand you a written SOP: scope, frequency, methods, access procedure and the closeout report you'll receive. No charge, no obligation.

Vetted, confidential, and on your rules

Every worker assigned to a data center passes a criminal background check before they are scheduled. Workers and the company sign your confidentiality agreement, or ours if you don't have one. Crews are kept consistent so the same faces show up visit after visit.

On site, we follow your access procedure: badge issue, escort requirements, sign-in and sign-out logs, restricted zones and photography rules. Crews are trained to work safely around static-sensitive equipment and know what they must never touch.

From janitorial to the white space

Inside the data hall: cleaning beneath the raised floor and the plenum, floor-tile surfaces, the exterior of racks and cabinets, cabinet tops, overhead cable trays, high dusting of ceilings, ducts and structure, and pre-cleaning of air filters and return grilles.

Around it: the offices, NOC, restrooms, break rooms, loading docks and corridors that make up the rest of the building, plus cleanup after construction, build-outs and rack installations, and disinfection of shared touchpoints when illness moves through the staff.

Data Center Cleaning — Our data center cleaning SOP

Our data center cleaning SOP

1. Change approval: work is scheduled through your change or maintenance-window process, never ad hoc. 2. Check-in and escort: badges, sign-in, escort and zone briefing at every visit. 3. Static-safe tools: anti-static equipment and HEPA-filtered vacuums only — no standard vacuums or household products in the white space.

4. Top-to-bottom order: overhead and cable trays first, then rack exteriors, then floor surfaces, then the plenum, so dust never lands on cleaned surfaces. 5. No liquids sprayed near powered equipment: approved low-moisture products are applied to the cloth, never the equipment. 6. Hands off live equipment: we do not open cabinets, move cabling, or touch anything powered unless you direct it. 7. Closeout report: areas completed, methods, products and photos, delivered after every visit.

Why data centers switch to us

Facilities teams tell us the same thing: their old vendor treated the server room like an office, rotated staff they couldn't vouch for, and left no paper trail. We do the opposite — a consistent vetted crew, a written SOP, and a record of every visit.

We serve data centers, colocation suites, server rooms and network closets across Tampa Bay and Florida, scheduled around your maintenance windows and access rules.
