One-Time, Move-Out & Project Cleaning in Florida

One-time commercial cleaning is a single scheduled visit with a defined scope and no ongoing contract — most often a move-out or move-in clean, a lease turnover, a post-event reset, or a recovery clean before a sale, inspection, or opening. It is quoted per project after a walkthrough, based on condition rather than square footage alone.

Move-out and lease handover

Commercial leases usually require a space returned in 'broom-clean' or better condition, and the deposit dispute that follows a weak turnover clean costs more than the clean would have. What a landlord's agent actually inspects is predictable: restroom fixtures and grout, kitchen appliance interiors, wall scuffs and adhesive residue, carpet condition, floor finish, ceiling tiles and vents, and whether every fixture, cable, and mount left behind was supposed to stay.

A proper move-out clean works empty and top-down: high dusting, vents, light diffusers, walls and doors, cabinetry inside and out, appliance interiors, restrooms in full, then floors last with carpet extraction or hard floor restoration as the final pass.

Move-in and pre-occupancy

Taking a space over is the moment to establish a baseline, and it is far cheaper to do it before furniture lands. A pre-occupancy clean removes the previous tenant's residue, construction dust from any fit-out, and adhesive and sticker residue from glass and fixtures, and gets floors sealed or finished while the space is clear.

If a fit-out preceded your move-in, ask whether the contractor's clean was a rough clean or a final clean. A rough clean removes debris; it does not make a space ready for staff. The gap between the two is where most move-in complaints live.

Post-event, recovery, and one-off projects

Single visits also cover the unplanned: a post-event reset for a venue or office party, a recovery clean on a building that has been under-serviced, a pre-sale or pre-inspection clean, a seasonal deep clean for a facility that handles its own routine cleaning, and cleanup after a leak or a burst pipe once remediation is complete.

Every one-time job is quoted from a walkthrough with a written scope and a firm price. Condition, not just size, drives the number — two identical suites can differ threefold depending on how they were left.

  • Walls, doors, and frames: scuffs, adhesive, and mount residue
  • Cabinetry and casework, inside and out
  • Appliance interiors and behind-appliance floors
  • Restrooms in full including grout, fixture bases, and partitions
  • Interior glass and partition glass

What drives the price

We quote after a walkthrough. These are the factors that move the number — we do not publish invented per-square-foot rates.

  • Current condition, which matters more than square footage
  • Whether the space is empty or still furnished
  • Carpet extraction or floor restoration included
  • Access hours and elevator or loading-dock scheduling
  • Deadline — same-week turnovers carry a scheduling premium

Questions

One-Time & Move-Out Cleaning FAQs

How fast can you schedule a move-out clean?
Usually within a few business days, and faster in Hillsborough County where our own crews are based. Turnovers with a hard lease deadline get priority scheduling.
Do you provide documentation for our landlord?
Yes. We provide the written scope performed and photographs of the finished space, which is what settles most deposit disputes.
Is post-construction cleaning the same as a move-out clean?
No. Post-construction handles fine construction dust, adhesive, and debris in phases and requires different equipment and filtration. That is a separate service.
Can a one-time clean turn into recurring service?
Often it does, and it is a sensible way to start. You see the crew's actual work before committing to a contract.
Do you clean up after water damage?
We handle the cleaning phase after a licensed remediation company has completed drying and any mould remediation. We do not perform remediation itself.
